Permanent double room in Isle of Dogs, Zone 2📍

Hi! Our current housemate is moving in with her friend and we are now looking for a new housemate to join us in our 4 bed house.

The house is located next to the Thames just a 5 min walk from both Mudchute and Island Garden DLR stations (serving Bank and Stratford via Canary Wharf) with many buses running past our house. We are also 5 mins from the Greenwich foot tunnel leading to Cutty Sark! Our nearest superstore is ASDA (~10 mins walk).

The double bedroom is fully furnished with lots of storage and room for a desk. It is at the top of the house, facing Canary Wharf. We have 2.5 bathrooms. There is a spacious kitchen with plenty of storage, and a large sitting area and outdoor space out the back of the house.

All bills including council tax are ~£90-£100 a month.

We are looking for someone in their 20s, preferably female to take the room! You’d be living with me (28), Palavi (27), Abbie (24) and my cat Nora 🐾 It would be great to be friends and not just housemates! 💗

For referencing you must be:
- in full-time employment
- be earning ~30k+ or otherwise have a UK guarantor.
