Double Room in well-furnished flat in Islington

The room is furnished with a double bed, an in-wall wardrobe, a desk, a chair and drawers.

The flat has two bedrooms, a living room, a separate kitchen, a shared bathroom and a small balcony. It is fully furnished and is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, TV and etc.

Situated in a quiet and convenient neighbourhood in Lower Holloway, the flat is 5-min walk way to Caledonian Road Station (Piccadilly Line); 10-min to Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line & Overground). A number of supermarkets and restaurants are within 10-min walking distance.

I am a 25-year-old economics PhD student and will be sharing the flat with you. On average, I spend one day a week working from home. In my spare time, I am a keen runner.

I've been living with different flatmates for the past 10 years and this experience has taught me how to maintain a tidy and cozy living environment while respecting each other’s boundaries and personal space. I hope to find similar qualities in a new flatmate so that our flat is a peaceful and friendly place where we can relax and feel at home.

The rent is £200 per week, including all utilities - electricity, gas, water, internet, but excluding council tax (Islington band C).
