Hi there,
I have a double room available in a 2-bed flat on the 5th floor of a secure building.

The room is a large, furnished space, with a double bed, triple wardrobe and bookcase, so plenty of storage space. The floor space is quite large also, which makes the room feel open. The window allows plenty of light into the room, with a view to ‘The Shard”.

The living space is a modern, open plan with both a good size kitchen and living room area, leading onto a balcony.

The location is great- 4 minutes to the nearest tube station on the Piccadilly Line, two stops from Kings Cross. It’s no more than a ten-minute walk to the nearest overground station and Victoria Line tube station. Access to buses is also excellent!

There are plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs nearby and Upper St Islington is within walking distance.

The flat has always been a relaxed, open minded, friendly space. I’m happy to catch up over a cup of tea/coffee, or a glass of wine. I am very respectful of privacy and space too.

I am Australian and live here with my dog Wilson (he is a very friendly Jug dog)

I am a professional and would like my new flatmate to be also.

I have been very lucky with having had some great flatmates, who have become friends that I have remained in touch with.

Rent is £970 PCM, deposit of £450 and all bills are included.
