Description

A bright double bedroom, with a built-in wardrobe in an over 700 sq ft, second floor, two bedroom apartment available in the heart of Angel. The apartment is fully furnished, with a fully equipped and modern kitchen, bathroom and living room. My current flatmate is leaving in May/June, so I am seeking a replacement until at least September (when the current contract runs out), after which I intend to renew it. The flat is in an ideal spot, culturally, close to some of London's most exciting spots - each of the following restaurants and bars are within ten minutes' walk: Quality Chop House, 1251, The Coach, Oldroyd, Bellanger, Llerena, and 69 Colebrooke Row. Sadlers Wells is also within 7 minutes' walk, and Exmouth Market is just beyond. There are also two supermarkets within 150 yards of the front door. Council tax, broadband, and energy bills are not included, and will of course be split evenly.
