Spacious double in friendly flatshare

Please note: the room is only available short term from 18th December - 18th January (give or take a few days).

The 2-bedroom flat is in Zone 2 just off Holloway Road on a quiet residential street. It takes 25min from our doorstep to Piccadilly Circus.

The room is spacious, with the sun shining in most of the day, with double glazed windows for complete silence, a desk and a very large top to bottom built-in wardrobe. The bathroom you would share with just one more, as there is another en-suite bathroom.

You would share the flat with myself only. I'm Steve, German/Mexican and have lived in London for the past 9 years. I'm a body worker / masseur and do a particular form of dance-like therapy in warm water, exploring the crossroads between art and healing. I have my practice in soho where I work (irregular hours) including most weekends. I also offer massage in a treatment room at home so would have clients coming in once in a while for sessions. Easy going, open minded, very clean and tidy.

Public Transport
There is a bus stop right across the street from our doorstep with plenty of buses going into all directions. You also have three underground stations nearby:

Holloway Road Station (piccadilly line) is a 9min walk or a 4min bus ride from our doorstep to the station entrance (buses passing every 2-3min).

Archway Station (northern line) is a 12min walk or a 5min bus ride from our doorstep to the station entrance (there’s also lots of buses going into that direction every 2-3min)

Finsbury Park Station (victoria line) is a 16min walk or a 10min bus ride from nearby.

There are also several overground stations nearby including Upper Holloway Overground which is an 8min walk.
