Double Bedroom in Islington with shared garden

Hi!

I am looking for a new flat mate to join me in my lovely Edwardian conversation off Holloway Road. I am on a really nice quiet residential street on the ground floor with a shared garden.

The room is a really good size with room for a desk/dressing table or sofa. There are two huge built in wardrobes and king size bed. The room looks out into the garden.

We will both share the bathroom and kitchen, which are decorated lovely with nice fixtures and fittings. The kitchen has a dining table and is a good size.

The local area has loads of nice restaurants, cafes and pubs. Highbury fields is also just round the corner. It’s easy to get into central with the Piccadilly line 7mins walk away and Victoria line about 13mins walk.

I currently WFH but am hoping to get a workspace near by soon to go to a couple of days a week.

I'm looking for someone who is definitely responsible and tidies up after themselves because I do like the house to feel nice. However, I am not over the top, as I want us both to feel happy and comfortable in our home. Anything we can do to keep things simple is good for me!

I am sociable and easy going and would like to find a housemate who’s is also!
