Double Room In Modern Apartment

Hi, I’m Orion. I'm seeking a new roommate as my current one is moving abroad.

The apartment is modern and well-maintained. I’m looking for someone who is hygienic, respectful, and can keep common areas, especially the bathroom and kitchen, clean. I've had issues in the past, so it's important that we’re a good match from the start.

The available room is spacious, with a king-size bed. The photos show the room before my roommate moved in to give you an idea of it normally looks. The nightstands belong to a previous tenant and can be removed if you prefer.

A bit about me: I'm 27, a trader, and work part-time. My schedule keeps me busy, so I'm not the best fit if you're looking for a roommate to hang out with frequently. However, I am sociable, mature, and easygoing, though I do value my personal space. I don’t smoke and rarely drink. I don't often have friends over but I'm okay with you having guests.

The monthly bills range from £160-£200.

The Area:
The road is quiet, but Upper Street is nearby with many restaurants and bars, especially popular on weekends. Transport links are excellent; it's a 3-minute walk to Highbury & Islington station (Victoria line and overground) and a minute to the bus stop, with a 5-minute bus ride to Angel.
