I'm looking for someone to take over my room for the remainder of my contract, which runs until the end of February. The contract can then be renewed for another 6 months or longer if you wish.

The flat is located on Caledonian Road, a lively road with lots of small shops.

The room is on the top floor of the apartments and is cosy with a west facing window. It faces onto a quiet back street.

The kitchen is relatively large and has 2 fridges/freezers, a washing machine, oven, micro and weather heater. Lots of kitchen accessories are available and can be shared with flatmates. There is one shared bathroom with a shower stall.

Smoking is not allowed within the property .
