Description
Great spot in Islington for someone looking for short term let.
Works are planned in approx 6 month so temporary but could become long term.
I would love to find someone who I can have a chat with and the occasionally glass of wine etc (so not strangers!) but I am typically very busy so likely won't see each other much.
Ideally someone on a similar page work & social wise so we arent at odds. Generally, I work hard, often work away and a lead a busy life (gym, adventures, dinners, a few nights out). Clean but not obsessive.
The location of the flat is pretty good for location, lots of pubs, restaurants, parks and places to go and there is a small illegal balcony for when fresh air is needed.
I am an engineer, outdoorsy person, often kitesurfing and enjoy all the typical things like red wine, a good dinner with friends, a bit of TV, reading, gym, the odd run, gigs and a good Sunday roast!
I would love hanging out and sharing with my flatmate (cook dinner occasionally, pop out for coffee, share milk etc) but do like my own space as well and would be claustrophobic it was a 247 interaction!
Currently I typically work from the office but occasionally from home.
Although rare occasions in busy London, I love to have friends over for a cuppa, dinner and occasionally crash on the sofa. I would like any flatmate feeling comfortable to do that same.
It is a Victorian flat with beautiful big windows, traditional shutters, character and nice surroundings. You can feel at home straight away, a great base for a busy London life.
The room isn't massive so I've put in a 3/4 bed but it is plenty room enough, some storage outside if needed.
Not looking for someone who wants to work from home, due to shared space it isn't really a workable.
