Single Room Available In Tufnell Park

Hi all!

We have a nice single room in a 2 bedroom flat.
The room is really bright and warm, it comes fully furnished with plenty of extra storage room. You can't really appreciate in the pictures but the room is very spacious, L shape, perfect for single use.
The flat, shared with 2 more people (myself and my girlfriend) has got a bathroom with separate toilet and a big kitchen with everything you need.
The house is located in a nice and quiet residential within 10 minutes from Caledonian road, 10 minutes from Tufnell park, 5 minutes by bus from Camden town and 5 minutes walk from Holloway road with all the shops you need, great location!
24 hours buses from London bridge, Trafalgar square and Kings cross.
The price is £650 per month, we ask for a month deposit (flexible considering the situation), all bills are included (internet, electricity, council tax, water).
The room is available from the 1st of April however if needed earlier or later we are flexible.
We are a very friendly couple, professionals in our 30s . We love music, arts, sports and good food. Organizing house dinners is always a success!
We are looking for somebody who is friendly, clean and tidy that loves to have a good time (no party house please) and also likes to look after the house same as we do.
