We are looking to sublet a double room for a month in our shared house - from 17th of July until 16th of August. You will be sharing with two friendly flatmates, a scientist and an architect. All clean and respectful. There is no agencies involved and our landlord is very laid back and nice.

This room includes:

- A double bed;
- A desk
- A large dresser;
- Good Wi-Fi.

There's good storage inside and heaps of cupboards around the house to put stuff.
The house itself is very big; there is plenty of space and a possibility for a lot of privacy due to its two storey arrangement.
The house includes:

- Large kitchen; with gas cooker & lots of fridge space!
- One big dining room/living room (these two are located on the ground floor);
- A sunny garden out back;
- Two toilets (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor);
- One shared bathroom;
- The room advertised is located on the second floor.

Room's cost - 1000 pounds for one person, 1400 for a couple

Finally, the location of this house is its biggest strength:
- only 5-minute walk from Caledonian Road tube station (Piccadilly line);
- 7-minute walk from Caledonian Road & Barnsbury overground station
- 10-minute walk from Highbury & Islington Station (Victoria line and Overground)

Also located in a very quiet area but close to great pubs and one station away from the neighbourhood of Camden and also walking distance to Angel. One station away from King's Cross!
