There is a small kitchen, with fridge, electric hob, combination microwave/convection oven, washing machine & tumble drier. This is shared with the other lodger.

There is no shared living room area.

It’s a 7-10 minute walk to either Angel or Highbury & Islington tube stations. It's a very easy commute to the City or West End via the tube, numerous bus routes or cycling. You can also walk to the city in 20-30 minutes.

We are a professional couple and have our own lounge/kitchen bedroom & bathroom in another part of the flat, which are not shared. We have one other lodger and you would share the kitchen with him. Although friendly, we are all independent and live our own lives so this room would suite someone looking for a room in a flat rather than a social flat share arrangement.
Our current tenant has been here for 6 years.

The rent is £1,400 per month, inclusive of all bills. £500 deposit and references will be required.
