Hi, I'm Ruby, I'm 27 and I live in the fourth room and I'm looking for clean, tidy and considerate flatmates to make a happy home!

All bedrooms come with wardrobes, bed side cabinets, desks and under bed storage. The flat has quality appliances, such as a Samsung washer dryer, new Bosch hob, new Zanussi oven and Dyson vacuum.

This flat has large double-glazed windows in every room which bring in lots of sunlight and warmth. The block has secure resident-only fob access and is in an exceptional location, with Holloway Road and Highbury and Islington Station 5 mins walk away (1 stop to King's Cross), and lots of bus routes also nearby.

The local area is lively with lots of supermarkets, bars, cafes and restaurants - though the flat is located on a quiet street so has the best of both worlds. There is also lots of green space nearby.

Bills are not included in rent: gas, electricity, water and wifi equal approx. £60 pcm.

I am looking for:
