Spacious sharehouse in Islington

I'm relocating and sadly looking for someone to replace me in my awesome Islington flat share.

The flat is BIG and spread out over the top 2 floors of a gorgeous period property moments from Highbury Islington roundabout, with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The first floor comprises of a large shared living room, dining room and kitchen while the top floor has 3 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The bedroom you'd be taking over comes furnished with built in shelves and a bed. It's £850pcm which is a steal for the area. We'll need to reconcile bills before moving in, but it should be between £100-150 per month per person including council tax, water, gas, internet, cleaner every 2 weeks etc. The current lease runs till Jan 2021 but housemates are open to extending (pending approval by landlord).

The flat is less than 5 min walk from Highbury + Islington and a 10min bus to Angel. Transport links are amazing.

Your new flatmates will be 3 young professionals: 2 from Australia (couple) and 1 from Peru. The atmosphere in the flat is laid back and social.
