I’m looking for someone to sublet my room for a year.
This house has 2 upstairs washrooms, one equipped with a shower and washing machine, the other has a bath/shower and toilet. There is an additional toilet downstairs also.
Livingroom space with a TV so you’re able to play YouTube/Netflix etc.
A separate kitchen space with a dishwasher.
A paved back garden with chairs and tables for summer activities.
You must be pet friendly as we have a cat and two budgies (although they don’t leave usually their owners’ bedrooms).
Tenants are very arty! They’re all University students and 2/3 work part time.
