Double room in great flat N1

I’m looking for a flat mate to share a great two-bedroom flat with me and my lovely cat Bella. We are relaxed and considerate and looking to make up our cosy and respectful home where we chat and occasionally share a glass of wine or two. I often WFH and there is plenty of space if you do too.

The flat is a good size and in a friendly block, has a small garden just for us and communal garden too, bathroom (with bath) and separate WC, large living room, double bedrooms, laminate floors throughout and good storage. (inc secure storage e. g. for a bike).

Please note that the bedroom is unfurnished, but the bed in the photos can stay if you would like, also the small desk and chair. It is a good size with built-in wardrobe and large windows.

My lovely flat mate was here for 8 years which I think shows how good a place it is - such a nice flat and a great location for getting around. And I’m hoping my new flat mate will feel as at home and enjoy living here as much as she did.
