We are: Marta (47) Noemi (38) and and Fran (35) from Spain (We all speak Spanish in the house)
We have been living & working in London over 10 years, we are profesional, very quiet, clean, easygoing, respectful of our spaces in the house, occasionally sharing a chat in the lounge or watching some Netflix together.
We are looking for 1 like minded girl to join us for a long term in our little family to live in our wonderful 4 rooms house with a massive lounge, garden & a small garage to leave the bikes too.
We don't bring random people at the house, but we bring friends occasionally. We have active social lifes but not here as our home is kind of our 'safe space'.
Angela is sadly leaving us to go back to Italy and even though the add says that the room is available from 27th of September the date when you can move in is flexible. She has her own furniture in the room and ideally she would like to make a deal with it to the new girl.
THE AREA
Is in the area of Holloway / Caledonian road (picadilly line 8 min walking, overground, 12 min walk) close to Holloway road (with all the shops and supermarkets 5 min walk) or down the street Camden Town.
House is in a pedestrian street steps away from Camden Road. Very quiet and not noisy at all. Very bright and airy. Windows in all the rooms. Car park available close (council permit apart)
There are plenty of buses few minutes walking from the house (Camden Road, Holloway, Caledonian road.. )
THE ROOM
This room just includes the wardrobe and the table. The rest of the furniture, TV, etc that appear in the pictures are from the current tenant who can negociate a price as she is leaving the country. The room has a big window and its very spacious. You need to see it as is bigger that it seems in the pictures.
Rent is 760 ppm, bills apart and are about 100 ppm each including netflix (we share premium account)
Our house is a 'home outside home' and we are like a little family :) If you believe you could be a good fit please contact me!! No pets please! (Sorry)
