Amazing home in Islington 🌈

Hi everyone we’ve recently had a girl drop out from our home so we’re looking for one extra person to join us!

About the place:
We’ve been super lucky to find an amazing 4 bedroom flat in Islington with big spacious rooms, a lot of natural light, 2 bathrooms (no waiting!!), a large kitchen and an amazing living room! The room you would be taking is the larger room on the first floor. The property is in a great location with a Sainsbury’s and a Tesco immediately outside. Just a few minutes walk away are all the shops, restaurants and cafes that you could imagine. It’s a 15 minute walk to Angel station (northern line) and a 10 minute walk to Canonbury station (overground). Less than half an hour by bus 73 to UCL (or 20 minutes if you wanna join Mai biking), with bus stop just outside. Buses (N)38, 56, (N)73, 341 and 476 also leaving from there so it has really great links.

About us:
We are 3 girls who are each students. Mai and Thea are both UCL 2nd year anthropology students and Dani is a UAL postgraduate student of publishing. We’re all vegetarian and trying to live as eco-friendly a possible but it isn’t a requirement that you do too!
Mai: 23, but has decided to stay 22 eternally and celebrate with Taylor Swift every year. She’s Danish (=obsessed about rye bread and thin chocolate slices), sings loudly in the shower, and is terrible at keeping plants alive, but loves them none-the-less. Kind of a busy bee, but loves to kick up her feet with a good Sudoku or her guilty pleasure: reality TV.

Thea: 25 but still looks 18 (one day I'll be glad to look so young), loves being creative with crafts like sewing, and also playing tennis, swimming and going to visit her dog for walks on the Heath. Loves cooking so expect some tasty group dinners. Also a big film fan so it would great to geek out on Bong Joon-Ho together.

Dani: 22 (but secretly a toddler), she loves carbs (unoriginal but true), watching Pixar movies, exploring cute places and taking photos. She has an extensive houseplant collection which will feature heavily in the flat, so if you like plants then that’s a bonus! She loves yoga (and is excited about the studio down the road) and any and all pets!

About you:
We’re looking for a student as we don’t have to pay council tax. We’re happy for any gender to be welcome but we would like to make sure that anyone is LGBTQIA+ friendly as we’re an inclusive household. We all love being social so we’re looking for someone to be more than a flatmate but someone to make this place home. Please get in touch with us telling us a bit about yourself if you’re interested!
