Room in beautiful, chilled/fun house - Islington

Hi there, we are looking for a great, chilled but fun, addition to our happy home. We are looking for someone long term.

It’s a double room, and has everything you need, including a desk.

My housemate and I get on well and occasionally socialise out together. We chat a lot in the house and might watch some trash tv together sometimes! We both have hobbies and socialise our separately in the week. With winter coming it might be mostly spending time on the sofa. We don't tend to bring back friends in the week but will be out seeing friends most weekends. Having a few friends over for pre-drinks is welcome!

It would be nice to have someone we can have drinks with and socialise with occasionally. We are also very independent so either would would work well.

We keep it clean and tidy in communal areas but are a relaxed household generally and enjoy playing our music in the evenings and the occasional night in together.

Aussie Sarah works away from the house in the week. I work in a school most days but WFH on Thursdays. Preferably looking for someone that doesn’t WFH but it could be considered.

We would consider a male but it’s worked well being a female household recently.

The house is great and a good space on two floors, two loos, two front patios, separate kitchen and sitting room.

It's a 10 min walk to HIghbury & Islington (victoria line), 4 minute walk to Canonbury (overground) and walk or bus in to Angel/Islington town (Northern Line).

The location is amazing and there's so many great towns, pubs and parks around.
