We’re looking for someone to join our four-bed flat, with a move-in date from Feb 5th 2024, and can be flexible. The initial contract lasting until October 4th 2024, with the option to stay on afterwards.

One room in a four bedroom house going for £1116pcm including bills (council tax band D). Comes with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and outdoor space. Situated on Upper Street, Islington. Looking for a professional to move in any time from Feb 5th, 2024.
Room:
One bedroom, with wooden floors, on the second floor available in a four bedroom house. The room comes with a built-in wardrobe and fits a desk, double-bed, and extra storage space. South-facing windows allow for lots of light and faces away from the street, so noise is not an issue. This house, which spans two floors totally, comes with a large living room, a separate kitchen, and two bathrooms. It also has its own washer and dryer, and dishwasher. There is also a small private backyard that connects to a larger garden shared with other houses.
Location:
The house is just off of Upper Street, Islington, which is known for it's great restaurants and bars, and has plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby. We're 10 minutes walk away from Highbury Fields, and 15 minutes away from Regent’s Canal. There's a bus stop a few seconds walk from the house that connects to most of central London, and the two closest tube stops are Angel (Northern line, 15 minutes walk) and Highbury and Islington (Victoria and Overground, 10 minutes walk). Upper Street is one of the best places in London to enjoy the best of what the city has to offer.
About us:
One of our current flatmates is unfortunately moving out. We’re a very international flat, spanning from all over the world, and are all young professionals, and we are LGBTQ+ friendly.
The three of us are good friends, and we're a social flat, we go out to restaurants, bars, etc. to try new things together. We don't often hold parties past the occasional drinks. Although we enjoy spending a lot of time together, we also enjoy our own privacy, especially during the week when we’re all busy with work; we think we’ve struck a good balance in the flat. We’ve also organised a cleaner to make sure everyone is comfortable in the flat.
We’re looking for someone who has a similar idea of what a good flat-share looks like. We’d like someone who’s not just looking for a place to stay, but would like to become friends with her flatmates. We’d like someone who would contribute to the continual effort of making the house a nice place to stay. Since we are all professionals, we’re looking for someone who’s in a similar stage in life.
