Hey! It’s a lovely double room in a two-bed ground floor flat, very close to Highbury & Islington, Holloway Road and Drayton Park stations. Your room has a patio!

I’ve lived here for the last 2 years and had almost no issues. The neighbours are quiet and friendly.

The shower, washing machine, dishwasher etc all work fine!

About me: 31, male, work in FinTech. Very friendly, easy going and relaxed. Rarely have people over. I work from home every day, so ideally would want to share with someone who goes into work every day.

Bills - council tax is £184 (between us) per month, Internet is £22 each. Heating/gas is variable depending on the time of year, but generally quite low as the walls of the flat are extremely thick so it retains heat well.
