Looking for a chilled and sociable housemate to join our 3-floor 3-bed terrace in Islington!

The house is close to the shops, bars and restaurants on Upper Street and has really good transport links:
- 5 min walk to bus stops on Upper Street or Caledonian road.
- 10 mins walk to Highbury and Islington tube (Victoria line & Overground)
- 15 mins walk to Angel tube (Northern line)
- 25 min scenic walk via Regent's canal to Kings Cross.

The spare room is the only room on the top floor so you'd have that to yourself. The room has large windows letting in plenty of natural light and comes fully furnished with double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers plus a wardrobe and storage cupboard on the landing space.

The house has a spacious lounge and kitchen with a double fridge/freezer, dishwasher and tumble dryer. There's 2 bathrooms: a main bathroom upstairs and a downstairs (jungle themed!) toilet. We're super lucky to have a front and back garden too (perfect for a BBQ).

You'll be living with Joscelyn and George. We're both friendly and sociable young professionals in Economic and Pharmaceuticals consulting. We work part time at home, part time in the office and love cooking, movie nights and a trip to the pub/comedy gigs - we'd love our third flatmate to join in!
