We are a Not-for-Profit charity in London who run a Homeshare programme, where we find Homesharers who are willing to provide approximately 10 hours a week of help, support and companionship to a householder who has a spare room.

TRANSPORT
Caledonian Road tube 10 mins away. Overground station Caledonian Road and Barnsbury 5 mins. Highbury and Islington tube station is approximately 15 minutes’ walk or a short bus ride.
All tube and train/over ground are in Zone 2

The 153 bus 5mins away. Several buses into Central London on Caledonian Road 5 -10 minutes away.

HOUSEHOLDER
A lovely gentleman who is 67 years old and lives with his Westie dog Angus in a terraced 3 bedroom Mews House in Barnsbury, Islington N7.
He lives in a Comfortable 3 bed terraced house in gated mews. He is looking for a Male or Female homesharer so they can both have a mutual benefit and he can share his lovely home with a suitable homesharer.
The ideal candidate would be a kind and friendly person, someone who is tidy and can integrate and be calm and helpful.

ACCOMMODATION
Comfortable 3 bed terraced house in gated mews.
The room available is the top 3rd floor double bedroom available with ensuite. Wifi, TV and stereo system.
There is shared facilities of the kitchen and sitting room/dining room.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
The room is available immediately subject to DBS and Reference checks and after an initial meeting has been organised.
