Sociable person for giant room w/private balcony

We're in a four bedroom duplex at the top of a beautifully refurbished building on Caledonian Road. The room available is a very large double and comes furnished with a double-sized bed, a wardrobe, a sofa, drawers, and a desk. Apart from the amount of space and the light the room gets, one of the best features is the private balcony with views as far as the Shard. The room is on the top floor so it has unobstructed views and is out of range of street noise, etc..

We're one guy and two girls who work in tech, law, and medicine (phd student), all LGBTQ+ friendly, and are seeking another person to complement the flat.

Our interests are varied but include cooking, reading, travelling (again!), netflix and film, wandering around art galleries, chatting over a glass of wine or a beer, and various types of sport/exercise, e. g. running, hiking, yoga, and cycling. We're independent of one another but like to chat in the living room or on the large patio we share and will go out together for a drink or dinner occasionally.

The flat is very well located with Granary Square/Coal Drops Yard, Regent's Canal, Angel, Canonbury, and Upper Street all within easy walking distance. Within a few doors of our own, there is a Co-Op, a bakery, italian deli, cafes, pubs, dry-cleaners, a post office, etc.

Nearby tubes and overground include Caledonian Road and Barnsbury, Kings Cross St Pancras, Highbury and Islington, and Angel station. There are also many buses which go to central london.

The flat is spacious with a large kitchen and living area and has good amenities, e. g. gas on-demand hot water, electric hob, washer/dryer, etc.. The shared patio has bike storage and is great for bbqs and socialising.

You'll be replacing our housemate, who we are sad to see go, but is leaving to move into a house.
