Fab Double Room In Islington

Hey hey,
We are two gals in our thirties looking for a fab lady (sorry gents) to join the Pavilion Palace.

- - About the room - -
It is a double room with a floor to ceiling window looking out onto trees. You get SO much natural light in this room. It fits a double wardrobe and a bedside table. In addition, you get all to yourself a full inbuilt hallway cupboard - which ensures you have insane amount of storage. You can bring your own, or you can buy the bed and wardrobe off the housemate moving out, up to you!

- - About us - -
Hania (who is Aussie) moved to London a year ago after a 9 year stint in NYC and works for TikTok. I (Jess, also an Aussie) have been in London for 10 years and work in AdTech.

We are looking for someone to join the Pav Palace who wants a home vibe rather than a flat share. We respect each others space but also love sitting on the couch with a glass of vino to end the day.

- - About the flat - -
The flat is a huge 3 bedroom 2 bathroom (you will be sharing with Hania) new build with floor to ceiling windows and a large balcony. The whole flat is south facing which means you get the sun the entire day.

- - Important bits - -
The rent for the room is £1058 and then we add in £165 to the house account to cover all bills (council tax, electricity, water, tv license and internet). This also ensures we have a nice buffer for winter.
