About the current tenant: Marti, 27, Spanish, working in Game design, easy going but respectful of each other’s privacy. We are looking for someone to rent the room. Ideally, a professional who is keen to keep a calm and relaxing ambience in the apartment, no “apartment party” people (a dinner with friends once in a while is welcome anyway). Basic rules of respect and co-living required.
Price: 1000£ (no bill included, around 100£ a month, lower in summer)
Room free from end of October/ Mid November flexible (contract starting the 1st of September, 1 year with the possibility to leave the apartment if you find a replacement in time).
