Ive got a big double bedroom available near Finsbury Park in my house . I’m a single mum of 2 kids 5 and 7.
THERE IS NO CARPET !
I am looking for someone a minimum clean and respectful.
You will have your own fridge and tv in you want in the room, the room is quite big , I used to have a super king-size bed there with many of the spaces left . There is also a desk in the room and a brand-new bed with led light, not the one in the picture, that one is in the bin.
We will share the kitchen, bathroom and toilet, and living room if you want. Also you can use the washing machine.
The bathroom and toilet are working and on use but will be renovated during the summer holiday or in september as part of the house was flooded,. If its not finish on time I will reduced the rent until its done :)
