Hope you're having a good day. Very large double light airy room with ample storage available to rent, sharing a 3 bed flat with two friendly easy going professionals.

The flat has a large shared living room, quite big kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom with shower. Also has a lovely shared private garden area although there are numerous lovely parks nearby, plus Highbury Fields is a short walk away.

The place would suit a non-smoking professional. We both work quite long hours, and have my own social life but would be up for a beer/glass of wine from time to time. It's not a party flat as we both need to be up early for work. I work in Marketing and Adnan works in property management.

It's in a fabulous location, two streets away from Upper St, with its fantastic array of bars and restaurants.

Great travel links as 5-10 mins walk from both Highbury and Islington and Angel stations. Caledonian and Barnsbury station is less than a min's walk away too which takes you everywhere. You can also walk to Kings Cross in 15 mins or bus which is about 3 minutes. Loads of shops and great pubs very close by, with one gorgeous pub at the end of the road which has great food, music, sport, great beers!

The bills come to an average of £150 a month which includes electric, gas, water, wi-fi, TV licence and Council Tax. We also have Amazon, Netflix etc.

There is parking available outside but you will have to pay a residents parking fee.
