I’m looking for a replacement for my current flatmate.

The room:
- Spacious double room
- En-suite bathroom
- Comes with a closet, desk and a double bed

The flat:
- Well lit and spacious
- Access to a bike shed.
- A lovely open plan living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with the basics - dishwasher, oven, stovetop, fridge, microwave etc.

Location:
- Centrally located and a short walk away (about 15 minutes) from King’s Cross, St Pancras and Caledonian Road and the Overground
- There’s also a nice park right next to the building.

The bills are not included in the rent. Here’s an estimate of what they might come out to per month:
Council tax - 215/person
Electricity- 50/person
Water - 20/person
WiFi - 15/person

About me:

I'm a young professional who works in research. I'm friendly, easygoing and a big foodie. I keep the space clean and tidy and would love a flatmate who's mindful of shared spaces too - nothing strict, just basic mutual respect and consideration. I'll of course extend the same in return.
