The attic room here has recently been redecorated and is beautifully furnished and with stunning views to the south over Barnsbury Square. The house, in an exceptionally quiet street, is in immaculate condition and has a beautiful garden. This is not a house share as such but you will have access to and use of the kitchen/dining area on the lower ground floor, all usual facilities and the garden. The second floor bathroom will be exclusively yours (except for an occasional overnight guest staying in the spare room). I used to work in the City and am now semi retired working in the music industry, based at home. I am looking to rent the room to a young professional who is out on weekdays, WFH not more than one day a week. The rent is fully inclusive of taxes and utilities.
