We have a large double room with an en-suite bathroom available for a weekday let in our beautiful Islington flat, starting from March. The room will be available from Sunday night to Friday afternoon, making it perfect for a professional who needs a comfortable and convenient base during the work week.

We are ideally looking for someone who will be office-based during the day and primarily use the flat as a place to relax in the evenings.

Key details:
• Initial 12-month contract with a six-month break clause, and the option to extend.
• Two-bedroom property spread over two floors, featuring:
- open-plan kitchen and dining room
- separate living room
- 2.5 bathrooms
- a beautiful walled back garden
• The room is a large double overlooking the garden, with a king size bed.
• Price inclusive of all bills (with Sky TV and superfast broadband), and a professional cleaner on a fortnightly basis.

You’ll be sharing the flat with a couple, both young professionals working in marketing and finance. We’re sociable and enjoy spending time together but also value personal space. We’re looking for a like-minded flatmate to join our home during the week.

We are also open to price negotiation for anyone interested in staying for less than 5 nights per week.
