Huge apartment near Old Street/Angel

Hi! I'm Jess and I'm looking for someone to share this wonderful two-bedroom flat with me from 1 July. The apartment is fully furnished (including a disco ball in the kitchen) and in a fantastic location, right on the canal and halfway between Old Street and Angel stations (10-15 min walk to each). Super easy to walk/cycle/travel anywhere.

The room is a good size and fully furnished with a king bed, built in dressing table/desk and spacious floor-to-ceiling mirrored closet. You'll have your own bathroom with a full tub and shower. Price is inclusive of all council tax, gas, electricity and internet bills and rent is through a private landlord, who is fantastic and extremely responsive and helpful.

The apartment is considerably large for central London and has underfloor heating, huge amounts of storage space, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, separate laundry and two bathrooms. It's also incredibly quiet and is located in a gated complex with an elevator, rooftop garden area (fab for summer) and seating along the canal.

I'm an Australian lawyer who has been living in the UK for two and half years. I'm pretty quiet during the week with work, but love working out, cycling, heading out for a wine and a boogie, exploring London or travelling on my weekends. As a housemate, I'm very laid back but also love to maintain a tidy space. I’ve always been friends with my housemates but equally very respectful of personal space and the need to recharge.
