We are a friendly, easygoing household in a quiet, leafy corner of Islington. We are walking distance to shops, Highbury Fields, and excellent transport links (Piccadilly, Victoria, and Overground are all close by).

The house features:
A cosy living space and a garden (perfect for summer!).
A fully equipped kitchen with two large fridges and plenty of cupboard space.
A weekly cleaner included in the bills.

The Room A lovely upstairs double room that gets plenty of sunlight. It comes furnished with a bed and ample storage. There is space for a desk, though please note the one in the photo belongs to the current tenant. You’ll share the upstairs bathroom with two others.

The Housemates You’d be joining three professionals (30+). We are independent and respect each other's space/downtime, but we get on well and keep the house a happy, tidy environment.

Paola (Italian): Works in a museum, loves swimming and cooking.
Tareq (Jersey): Investigative journalist, enjoys basketball and guitar.
Karl (German): Researcher at the Crick, enjoys the gym and socializing.

Ideally Looking For To maintain the current house dynamic, we are looking for a female professional aged 28+.

As the house is quite cosy, we are looking for someone who does not normally work from home (the occasional is fine).

Cleanliness: We take pride in a tidy home, so looking for someone likeminded!
