Cosy double room in the heart of Angel :)

My housemate is moving back to Germany and her double bedroom will be available from the 28th July.

The flat is located right in the heart of Islington, between Essex Road and Upper Street. It is very quiet due to the privileged location of having the St. Mary’s Church gardens a step away. It's surrounded by cute shops and amazing restaurants. The transit links are amazing with Angel station, Highbury/Islington station both under ten minutes walking distance and multiple bus routes 3 minutes from the flat.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath/shower, a living room, separate kitchen, and a balcony. There is plenty of light and the bedroom and living room face South. We have fibre broadband which is perfect if you work from home.

The room is on the top floor of converted workers housing just off Upper Street in Angel. Unfortunately, there is no lift, so the apartment is not suitable for anyone with impaired mobility. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a desk. The room is a gem; you will be laying down in bed facing the London City skyline and The Shard.

You will be living with me (Leticia). I am an architect and I work full-time in a landscape architecture studio nearby. I work 9-5 in the office, and every now and then I work from home. But, if you work from home, you have the flat for yourself. There’s a lovely balcony in the flat, with nice views and gets sun all day!
The flat is cosy and welcoming. I am very social but also like my own space and would like to have someone that respects the space, is tidy and clean.

The rent is £1.430 per month, bills and council tax (type C) are not included, they come up to approx. £180 per month, depending on energy usage. Deposit is £1.250 to be paid before moving in.
The apartment is ideal for a someone who is looking for a well-located, clean, and calm space to live.
