Lovely quiet room centrally located in Finsbury Park.

About the room: It contains a double bed, with a side table, a reading lamp and a chair. Large built in wardrobe with storage space and drawers. It looks out onto an outside space. I haven't included power as everyone uses different amounts so too hard gage an estimate.
I have put 3 months max as it gives us both a chance to see if the situation works. If we are both happy we can look at extending your stay.

There is no living room however as well as the outside area there is a large live-in kitchen with dining table. A large spacious bathroom opposite the bedroom which is shared with another female and includes a bath/shower and bidet.

What I am looking for: Someone who is quiet, clean & tidy, respectful, responsible & mature, & MUST like cats : ) the space is to come into and chill from a hectic day. I will also be away a lot of the time so you may find yourself with the flat to yourself hence I need someone responsible in the flat.

The flat is spread on one level with no stairs. There is parking outside the front door for a small fee and room to store a bike. Gas & electricity is not included. It is checked by the meter so depending on how much you use, for baths, like to cook etc.

Please Note: It will not suit someone who works from home. I am an artist & writer I work from home at various times of the day & night.

This is a great location for commuting 10min walk or 5mins to cycle to both Finsbury Park Station Victoria Line, and to Holloway Road Station Piccadilly line. Buses on the doorstep 29, 253, 153, 91. These buses will take you to Camden, Kings Cross, Upper Street Islington and Trafalgar Square. Waitrose, Morrisons, Lidl are 5 mins walk and the area has a variety of restaurants & cafes serving food from all over the globe, including great coffee.
