Looking for a replacement housemate for our fab house, shared between four tidy, respectful friends and housemates who became friends. LGBTQIA+ friendly.

ROOM: big double room on second floor. Large, bright windows, lots of natural light and despite central location very quiet. Includes bed, desk, wardrobe and lots of storage (some can be removed if preferred). Ideal for working from home.

HOUSE: Spacious, high-ceilinged Victorian townhouse with large, open-plan living/dining/kitchen area. Two showers/toilets. Super handy utility room with storage space, washing machine, and dryer. Large garden with bike shelter and lots of seating, ideal for BBQs.

NEIGHBOURHOOD: Leafy, quiet terraced street. All the convenience of Holloway/Seven Sisters Road but with no traffic/street noise thanks to high buildings!

AMENITIES: Morrisons, Waitrose, Lidl, Boots, Subway and 24hr McD’s all within 2 mins walk. Great food markets at either end of the street and lots of nice pubs, restaurants, etc. Art deco Odeon cinema round the corner. Sobell Sports Centre/Gym 5 mins away.

TRANSPORT: 10 mins from Finsbury Park and Holloway Road stations (Zone 2) - access to both the Victoria and Piccadilly line. Loads of buses within a two min walk.

US: four easy-going, very considerate housemates in our early 30s. We enjoy cooking house dinners (with vegan options) and the occasional nights out. Diverse range of interests, but especially music (everything from hyperpop to classical) and climbing. Lea works in the film industry, Michael in robotics, Shahid’s an engineer, and Adderley’s a creative. Some of us have been friends for a long time, others became friends - we would love someone who enjoys sharing a house!

We have a diverse, welcoming social group, so it would be a bonus if you get along with us! Not a ‘party house’ but we like to throw a big event every 2/3 months for birthdays, Halloween, etc. You’re also free to have friends over and host gatherings, parties, etc. Please only apply if you’re LGBTQIA+ friendly.

CONTRACT: move in date is 4th Dec. Tenancy contract is for one year, which we renew on an annual basis. Please have all necessary references :)
