Housemate wanted in lovely Islington flat

Looking for someone to move into our flat from 1st June.

The lease is until March 2025. Minimum stay is 6 months, ideally want to find someone to lock in for full year.

We have the basement flat, with exclusive access to the garden. Garden is stacked with a bike shed, outdoor table and chairs, fire pit / BBQ and a (work in progress) herb / vegetable garden.

Caledonian Road (Piccadilly Line) underground is 7 min walk and the overground 20 minute walk. Insanely well connected via bus also.

The room isn't huge, but the common living spaces more than make up for it. Room comes with a double bed, set of drawers & there's also storage for things around the house.

Rent = 900 pcm & bills come to around 120-130. .

Current flatmates:
Jake - working in finance, 5 days a week in the office, out going, easy going, like to go out, like the outdoors, sports, music etc.

Caoimhe: restaurant manager at Trullo, also easy going

Looking for someone that doesn't take themselves too seriously, is respectful, TIDY - you must be tidy, & must be willing to contribute to the housework. Ideally someone who enjoys the occasional beer down the pub. Big plus if you're sporty, outdoorsy & down for spontaneous kick abouts at the park (and/or play chess).
