Hello! I am looking for an individual or a couple who would like to stay in my spacious one bedroom flat for one month from 25 January 2025 for three months (flexible on dates).

The flat is over one level (on the first floor) and comprises of one large, light bedroom with built in wardrobe space, a beautiful and spacious kitchen diner and unique garden and seating area (accessed via a shared staircase). The flat feels homely, spacious and light.

The flat has a great location in the heart of Barnsbury and is very well-connected, it is a 7 minute walk to Highbury & Islington Station (Victoria Line and Overground), a 5 minute walk to Caledonian Road and Barnsbury Station (Overground) and Caledonian Road Station (Picadilly Line).

Barnsbury is a beautiful Victorian neighbourhood, famed for its tree lined avenues and elegant garden squares. We have a pub, Italian restaurant, award winning coffee shop and Indian restaurant within a five minute walk.
