Large spacious flat- separate kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine), living room, dining room. Large sun trap of a terrace- great for the summer! We keep our home tidy and clean.

We are friendly, chilled and sociable, respectful and considerate. Looking for someone similar who wants a place to call home and regularly cleans and tidies their own space, as well as the common areas in the flat.
The landlord is super helpful with any issues in the flat.

Bills and council tax are an additional £200 on average each month (depends on the season due to electricity usage).
