The room faces west in a 3-bedroom flat within a Georgian townhouse. We have very friendly neighbours and a spacious shared garden we love to spend time in the warmer months.
The flat is very well connected just a 4 min walk from Highbury and Islington station (Victoria and Overground). It is also close by to Highbury Fields, Angel, Dalston, and De Beauvoir.
You will be sharing with two others: myself, a human rights researcher, and Jules, who is a software engineer. We have a friendly, relaxed, home and enjoy hanging out, eating together, and also doing our own thing at times. We are pretty quiet during the week. We are looking for a friendly professional to join us. There is an agency requirement to make 2.5X the annual rent so in this case it would be £25,740.
