THE FLAT
The room is in a modern, two storey flat in a quiet neighbourhood within easy reach of restaurants, bars and parks.

There are four bedrooms total, one downstairs and three upstairs, this available bedroom being located upstairs.

It’s a great sized double room and comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and clothes rail.

This room shares the main bathroom with two other tenants (one room is en suite).

Downstairs is a modern kitchen/living space and additional downstairs toilet.

THE FLATMATES
Sharing with 3 female professionals. It’s a chill, friendly vibe in the flat - we aren’t a party house but enjoy being social, some nights having drinks, cooking together and chilling but all like our own space too. I’ve lived here for 12 years so obvs love it :)

LOOKING FOR
The ideal flat mate is a female, working professional of similar age (26 - 33). I’m particularly clean and organised and very keen on keeping the flat looking nice so someone likeminded would be great 😌
