Large room in Canonbury (bills included)

Hi there,

A room has become available in our flat share in the Newington Green area. It is a big double room located in the basement of a traditional terraced house. It has a very big bay window facing the street. It comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table, sofa, coffee table.

The room is £750 all bills INCLUDED. It will be available from Friday 13th December.

The flat is split into three levels of a traditional terraced house. There is no living room so we socialize in the kitchen (fully equipped) which is located on the raised ground floor. We also share a bathroom and a small toilet. We get organized with each other to clean the house weekly.

You will be living with Francesca, Ilaria and Giada. 3 professionals working in the film industry, architecture and hospitality. The vibe is relaxed, peaceful and clean. We are not a party flat but don't mind the occasional evening gathering in the kitchen to share a drink or a meal.

We're very friendly but also respectful of each other's spaces and our own social lives, and we use the shared spaces in a reasonable and thoughtful way. We are in our late thirties, so looking for a like-minded professional with a similar age and vibe.

The house is in a nice leafy street, 7 min walk from Canonbury station and 20 min from Highbury&Islington. Dalston is also within walking distance and buses to Angel, Shoreditch and Central London stop not far from the house too. The area has cafes, nice restaurants, and little shops to buy fruit&veg and a local Tesco.
