A sunny double room available in Finsbury Park starting May 25th☀️

We are looking for someone to join this lovely house and sign onto a year contract with the house. The room is furnished with just a bed (with storage underneath) and a built-in wardrobe and happy to sell the rest of the furniture (bookshelves, standing desk, curtains, etc) as well. You would share the second floor bathroom/shower room with just one other person.

The house is a large Victorian house between Holloway and Finsbury Park, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms split over three floors, and very well located. Within 5-10 minutes of walking distance, you have supermarkets, gyms, pubs and restaurants. It’s walking distance to several green spaces like Finsbury Park, Clissold Park in Stoke Newington, and Highbury Fields in Highbury and Islington. Finsbury Park station is a 9-min walk, Holloway Road station is a 12-min walk. You also have a good selection of buses to central London, within 3 minute walk. Permit parking is also available outside the house.

The house includes a large modern open plan kitchen-dining area with adjoining living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully fitted with a gas stove, a new electric oven, a fridge-freezer combo and a new dishwasher. The house also has a washing machine with a separate tumble dryer in a separate utility room.

We have high speed virgin broadband. Bills sum up to ~£145-175 pcm and include a cleaner who comes every fortnight. There is no agency involved, and this is the landlord’s family home.

The house is typically a mixture of people with good vibes, music, and food. Currently, Jane (works at an NGO), Flo (works in social media), and Danielle (examiner) are bringing these vibes and hopefully you! We're respectful of each other's space and privacy, but often hang out for a chat or tea in the living room. Someone friendly, sociable, and respectful would be ideal to call this place home.

The room is available to move in after May 25th to take over this month to sign onto a contract.
