Master Bedroom with En-Suite in Penthouse

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲:

We are a couple who normally live in this flat as our main home. We will be travelling abroad temporarily to attend to family matters and during that period (5-6 months) we are looking to license two of the bedrooms to two considerate, fair and respectful individuals.

We want to ensure a harmonious household while we’re away so we’ll be thoughtfully "matchmaking" the two licensees so you guys will be in touch with each other before moving in. If you have any preferences for the kind of flatmate you’d feel comfortable sharing with, please include that when you enquire.

This is our family home and we will return to live here at the end of the period. This is a short fixed-term arrangement to provide housing to someone who would enjoy and care for this unique flat while we are away.

The third bedroom will remain unused and kept locked with our belongings inside.

The flat is less than a 2 minute-walk from Holloway Road tube station on the Piccadilly line. The room is available mid-December.

The apartment is on the top floor of a new build on Holloway Road itself. The windows are double glazed so there is no road noise.

It is extremely convenient and close to supermarkets (Sainsbury's local, 1 min away, Tesco 3 min away, huge Waitrose, Morrisons 5 mins away), restaurants, and Highbury Fields.

Kitchen is open plan and is decked out with all the equipment you could possibly need. We have a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The living space is modern and large, has floor-to-ceiling windows offering a fantastic view of Highbury and North London. There is also a huge private 6th floor terrace which goes all the way around the apartment.
