Double room available for summer in East London!

Hey!! Looking for a student (preferably) to rent my room whilst I go back home for summer. Available from the 12th of May to the 11th of August! Such a cosy flat in a brilliant location, 20 min walk to Liverpool Street station and 15 min walk to Highbury and Islington. Second floor with balcony, 2 min walk to Tesco Express and 2 min walk to local bus stop 141, 76 (24hr). 1 flatmate will be staying over the summer, she is 23 and studies Fashion Textile Design in her final Year at CSM. She's super lovely and happy to share her space with someone over the summer! The second flatmate will also be moving home but occasionally will pop up over the summer. She is 21 studying Fashion Textiles at London Met 2nd year. This is our second year in the flat and all get on super well so I have no doubt you will too! Have had 0 problems in the 2 years, is in such a nice community! My double room is the second biggest in the flat with hidden wardrobe storage and desk and chair! Shared bathroom with shower and toilet. Shared kitchen with table and chairs all included, air fryer, lots of cupboard space with shelving. And living room with tv, desk and coat rail. Both vey big spaces for a london flat! These pictures are from the flat last year as i had a sublet then which worked out perfectly and had such a good experience. My room has pretty much stayed the same but can send updated photos if needed :) Bills aren't included in the price. Its currently £95 a month however might change monthly due to usage.
