The flat gets a lot of sun and has a balcony with a large living room and kitchen, completely furnished. You also have access to the apartment gym and there is a private concierge!
The flat is set back from the main road so it is relatively quiet. There are loads of shops in close proximity i. e Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Nando’s, cafes etc. Piccadilly tube 10 seconds from the flat and 10min walk to the Highbury & Islington station.
The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. It’s a 2 bathroom flat so you’ll get the main bathroom to yourself!
Your housemate will be (me) Nicole - full time working in real estate finance, I work hybrid with couple days at home. I love being out and about exploring new cafes, long walks and socialising.
The landlord wants to write up the lease soon so I’ll be doing viewings relatively soon as well!
