Small room in Great location: 1st of June onwards

We are looking for a lovely new flatmate! Guaranteed 3 months rental with an option to extend after 3 months (and to go on the lease if everyone is happy!)

The house is 3 floors. It has a large combined kitchen and dining room with a back garden (this is the shared communal area) on the ground floor. 1 shared bathroom (on top floor) and a second toilet on the ground floor. There is no living room.

The house is old/basic but in an incredible location. You can walk everywhere! We are right next to the canal, parks, and a 10 minute walk to either Angel or Old street station. We have a cleaner come once a fort night for the communal spaces. The room is small, it comes with a small double bed.

Our household is made up of a Chilian powerhouse lesbian who is into solo mountaineering, skiing, climbing and tea. A queer Australian actress who loves museums, galleries, fashion and BJJ and an Indian architect who loves tennis.

We are looking for a super clean and tidy person who can bring positive and respectful vibes to our home.

Most bills are included in the rent (council tax, water, cleaner, internet, etc. and some of the energy bill (sometimes this needs topping up in the colder months, its never been more than £30 extra per person)
