Double room in Great location: 1st of Dec onwards

We are looking for a lovely new flatmate! Guaranteed 3 months rental with an option to extend after 3 months (and to go on the lease if everyone is happy!)

The house is 3 floors. It has a large combined kitchen and dining room with a back garden (this is the shared communal area) on the ground floor. 1 shared bathroom (on top floor) and a second toilet on the ground floor. There is no living room.

The house is basic but in an incredible location. You can walk everywhere! We are right next to the canal, parks, and a 10 minute walk to either Angel or Old street station. We have a cleaner come once a fort night for the communal spaces. The room is a double and comes with a bed, wardrobes, desk, 2 seater couch

Our household is made up of a Chilean powerhouse who is into solo mountaineering, skiing, climbing and tea. An Australian actress who loves museums, galleries, fashion and BJJ and a pro photographer from the north who's always away somewhere fabulous on a film or tv set.

We are looking for a super clean and tidy person who can bring positive and respectful vibes to our home.

Bills are £100 on top of the £800 rent (this includes council tax, water, cleaner, internet, etc. and most of the energy bill (sometimes this needs topping up in the colder months, its never been more than £20 extra per person) So the monthly amount for this room including Bills is £900
