HI! I’m moving back to Sicily so am looking to fill my room in this lovely flat”
it would be in a shared apartment with Alisha (my current flatmate) who has been living in this flat for a year and a half and loves it.
We are looking for someone nice that will enjoy this flat as much as I did!
The flat is fully furnished with everything you need and more - dishwasher, washing machine, even a dryer. Sadly losing a few things with housemate - bookshelf, artwork and most importantly the TV! (Bonus points if you have any of these). Shared bathroom with bath/shower. Kitchen with loads of cupboard space, large open plan dining area which is great for hosting dinner parties.
Your room is furnished with a large wardrobe. The king size bed in photos belonged to someone that previously lived in the flat but the landlord can provide a double if required or you can keep Francesca's King size bed.

Location is perfect. 1 minute from Caledonian Road & Barnsbury overground and approx 10 mins to Highbury and Islington (Victoria) or Caledonian Road (Piccadilly). Lots of buses and you can easily walk to Kings Cross in 20 mins.
A bit about Alisha:
Sharing with me - 32 yo working in TV. I’m a cinema addict and love going to festivals, bars, restaurants, theatre, travelling etc. Looking to share with housemates who also have their own things going on but happy to grab a pint at our local some evenings.
I'd love to find a flatmate who is fun, sociable and considerate. An adult who will pro-actively share household responsibilities. The flat is owned by family friends so it is important that flatmates are clean and treat the place with care. They are fantastic and responsive landlords!

Viewings in the next couple of weeks. Available to move in from 15th of July with some flexibility for the right person. 1 year's joint tenancy with potential to extend. Landlord requires references and proof of income.
