Short term sublet whilst I’m travelling over summer. Sublet will be a single bedroom sharing with 2x 28F and 1x 30M all working in healthcare. Preferably someone who is not required to work from home. Lots of travel booked for my other housemates so there will be plenty of space!
The room is spacious for a single. It has its own radiator, electric fan/heater and ample storage.
The location is in the heart of Islington, close to a number of great cafes, pubs, shopping strips, parks and public transport. It is 500m from Highbury & Islington station (which has the overground, underground (Victoria line) and National Rail) and 650m from Caledonian Road station (underground - Piccadilly line). It is also walking distance to Angel, King’s Cross St Pancras & Regents Park.
The home has two bathrooms and one shower, with a large kitchen / dining area and shared living space. There is also a spacious garden area that is ideal for summer!
