The room is furnished with double bed, mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. It has a high ceiling and lots of natural light.

There is a large kitchen with dining table, oven and gas cooker, fridge and freezer, washing machine and a shared living room. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower.

The flat is in a traditional Victorian House with a spacious roof terrace shared with the other flats in the building.

I don't mind smokers, but no smoking inside the flat.

It's a great location in a quiet residential area with shops, cafés, pubs, restaurants and parks close by.

5 minutes walk from Arsenal Underground station and Drayton Park Rail Station, 15 minutes from Highbury & Islington station and lots of buses.

The room is available now, for a minimum term of 12 months.

The rent is £750 pcm excluding bills.
Bills are approximately £150 per month, including council tax band D.
The deposit is £750.

I'm looking for a female working professional over 27 years old who is polite and responsible, doing their bit to keep the flat clean. Someone who will bring a friendly vibe and would treat our place as a home.

About me:
I'm 40 years old, female, working in the creative industry, partly from home. This flat has been my home for many years, for the most part shared with the same person who moved out to live with their partner.
I enjoy drawing, seeing exhibitions and meeting friends, do a bit of cooking, reading, gardening, swimming and walks in parks.
I seek a friendly, relaxed flatshare, not a party house. I'm clean and considerate, very happy to respect each other's space, but would enjoy hanging out together over a coffee, drink or meal.
